Please read our payment, cancellation & rescheduling, refund, late, and no children policies before booking online.

  • PAYMENT

    We require payment in full on the day of your service. We conveniently accept cash, all major credit cards and financing options. No checks will be accepted.

    All patients are required to have an active credit card on file. All appointments require a $50 deposit to secure your appointment. The $50 deposit will be applied towards your service the day of treatment. If you no show or fail to cancel or reschedule before the 24 hour period your deposit is applied as a payment for your no show/late cancellation fee and you will be required to pay another $50 deposit in order to get rescheduled. After the third occurrence the deposit fee goes up to $100. 

    Treatments that are considered procedures and require more time out of our schedule require the following deposits. 

    Morpheus8 - $250 deposit 

    Hyperdilute Radiesse body treatment - 50% of the scheduled procedure. 

    These deposits go towards your procedure. 

    These deposits are not refundable if these procedures are cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of scheduled procedure. 

  • REFUNDS

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, we will do our best to address your dissatisfaction but do not guarantee a refund for the service. If you no longer wish to complete a package series or a pre purchased service you forfeit the remaining balance of your package or your pre purchased services.

    It may be optional to have these balances transferred towards another service however these are reviewed on a case by case basis as other factors have to be taken into consideration such as time and money spent on pre purchased products. No cash or charge refunds will be given. 

  • LATE POLICY

    We recommend arriving on time to your appointment. As much as we desire to accommodate you, if you should arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to condense your treatment or reschedule it to avoid inconveniencing clients scheduled after you.

    If you are more than 15 minutes late and we have to reschedule your appointment, you will be assessed a $50 late fee and your $50 deposit will be applied as your payment. 

  • CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

    No show appointments and same day cancellations will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. Follow up appointments and Toxin appointments will be charged $100 for not showing up or cancelling within 24 hours of scheduled appointment.

    If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment after the 24 hour period has passed your deposit will be applied as the payment for your late cancel/late rescheduling fee. 

  • NO CHILDREN

    For the safety of our staff, clients, and your children we kindly ask that you do not bring any children to your appointment.

TEXTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. These terms and conditions apply to SMS text messages sent by Refined Aesthetics. These messages can be recurring (e.g. Inquiry Responding) or one-time (e.g. Monthly Promotions).

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” in response to the text message you received. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that particular short code. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. .

3. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to the text message you received. After you send the SMS message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

4. Data obtained from you in connection with this text messaging service may include your mobile phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date time and content of your messages and other information you provide to Refined Aesthetics as part of this service. Refined Aesthetics may use this information to contact you and provide services you request from Refined Aesthetics. Refined Aesthetics may also use this information as described in the subscription list you’ve enrolled in. Refined Aesthetics may use an automatic dialing system to deliver text messages to you. 5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. The maximum number of messages per month you will receive will vary based on the subscription list you’ve enrolled in. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. Refined Aesthetics will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any text messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
